We took a leap of faith in 2016 when we went into business together opening a food trailer and catering service. Since then, we have expanded into a full-service restaurant and now a BBQ supply house.

Competing professionally in KCBS, PNWBA and SCA has given us the ability to expand our skills. With our skills and experience, we have the ability to share our love of BBQ with you.
